This policy explains how Wilson Group, Inc. handles information submitted through this website and how website cookies and optional services are controlled. Browsing the website, scrolling, closing a notice or clicking an ordinary link does not give consent to optional cookies.
Who is responsible for your information
Wilson Group, Inc., 100 Powdermill Rd, Suite 115, Acton, MA 01720, United States. For privacy questions and requests, email info@wilsongroup.com or call 978-371-0476.
Information you provide and why we use it
When you contact us, request materials or subscribe to periodic insights, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, company, title, telephone number and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide the requested materials and manage email updates you have requested. Consent to website analytics or sharing widgets is separate from submitting a form or requesting email updates.
Website operation and security may involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and request timestamps. Optional analytics may measure visits and interactions only when the relevant consent category is enabled.
Cookies and optional services
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Necessary functions operate without optional-cookie consent. Optional analytics and third-party sharing services are held until you enable their respective categories.
- Basic Operations: necessary website functions and the record of your cookie choice. Cookie Compliance, provided by Hu-manity.co, manages the consent banner and consent records.
- Site Optimisation: Google analytics tags used to measure website activity. These tags are loaded only after you permit this category.
- Ad Personalisation / sharing widgets: AddToAny sharing tools. On this website, these tools are assigned to the optional Ad Personalisation category and are loaded only when you permit it. Enabling this category allows the sharing provider to receive technical information needed to load its service.
- Content Personalisation: includes the Microsoft Forms contact form. Loading it connects your browser to Microsoft and shares technical information; information entered in the form is processed by Microsoft to provide the form service. You can instead contact us by email or telephone without loading this embed. See Microsoft’s privacy statement. This is a separate optional category for services assigned to it. Enabling a category does not mean every provider supported by the consent platform is installed on this website.
The Lato fonts used by this website are hosted on our own server. Our Gravity Forms use local anti-spam checks rather than Google reCAPTCHA.
Your choices and withdrawal
Select Reject optional or Accept all, then select Save my preferences. Select Cookie settings to choose individual purposes. Optional purposes are off before you make a choice.
After saving, use the Update consent control to reopen the banner at any time. Saving a changed choice reloads the page so the updated restrictions take effect. Withdrawal prevents future loading of the disabled services and removes accessible first-party Google analytics cookies when analytics is disabled. It does not undo data already transmitted while consent was granted or remove storage on another provider’s domain. You can also remove stored cookies through your browser settings.
Cookie lifetimes
The first-party hu-consent cookie records your consent choice and its expiry. The banner provides a choice of approximately one month, six months or twelve months. The cookie is updated when you change your preferences.
Optional Google analytics cookies, if set by the configured Google tag, can include _ga and _ga_*. Google’s documented default lifetime is two years, although tag settings and browser restrictions may shorten it. Third-party sharing storage depends on the provider and browser. For provider details, see Google’s privacy policy, AddToAny’s privacy policy and Cookie Compliance’s privacy policy.
Retention of form submissions and mailing-list contacts
Our retention period for form submissions and mailing-list contact records, including records in Constant Contact where that service is used, is three years. You may contact us to request removal of your information or to stop receiving requested email updates.
Service providers and international processing
Website hosting, form processing, consent management, analytics and requested email communications can involve service providers processing information for those functions. Optional providers receive information only when their service is enabled. Wilson Group is based in the United States, and information submitted to us may be processed there; providers may process information in other countries under their own applicable arrangements. Contact us for questions about the providers involved in your request.
Your privacy requests
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact info@wilsongroup.com to make a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security, external links and updates
We use administrative and technical measures to protect information handled through the website. Links and sharing tools may take you to third-party services whose own privacy policies apply. We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or our practices; the current version and update date will be published here.
