Welcome to the section of the Wilson Group website that is dedicated to inquiries and information for senior executives. Whether you are the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer or a strategic business unit executive, these resources should be used as helpful guides to improve the performance and growth of your organization. There are five (5) key areas where we assist executives in developing and deploying the strategy of the organization.

  1. Does the entire executive team understand, support and translate the firm’s business strategy into action?

  2. Are the roles, accountabilities and interdependencies clear and effective for providing the leadership necessary to take your organization to the “next level”?

  3. Are the measures of performance clear, consistent with the strategy and do they drive those factors that lead to the ultimate results you seek?

  4. Do you have the leadership talent necessary to provide the organization with what it needs, and will they be capable of sustaining this leadership well into the future — Do you have the right people “on the bus”? (a reference to Jim Collins, author of Good to Great.)

  5. Are the total compensation plans for your executives structured and effective in encouraging the right results, rewarding their achievements and enabling you to attract and retain the talent needed by the organization?

If the answer to any of these questions is “No,” then we may be able to provide the assistance you need to address these issues.
