While other consulting firms may leave you in the dust as soon as the novelty of the initial program design is complete, the Wilson Group is prepared and happy to work with you as needed to deliver total rewards solutions, which may include the following depending on your needs:

Communication: Partnering with you to implement program(s) with style – although there are many decisions and approvals associated with program design, no program really debuts until the day you communicate program details to managers and employees.  Wilson Group staff can work seamlessly with yours to develop communication materials that are appropriate to your employee audience and to plan for and attend to the all the implementation details.

Periodic Updates: In today’s rapidly changing business and economic environment, it is a constant challenge to keep current programs fresh and up-to-date.  We partner with many of our clients on an annual basis update their base pay, short-term and/or long-term incentive programs, to help ensure that employees stay focused on “the right stuff”.  If your business objectives have not changed significantly, we may meet with your management team to update your programs for the new year, sharing any marketplace trends. 
If you have undergone significant change, your reward programs may need to be changed similarly, and we will work with you to help you identify and conduct the appropriate level of analysis – from understanding changes in your competitive market and employee opinion, to assessing technological tools that may be needed to streamline program administration.
