As one who is charged with the responsibility for directly supporting the organization with initiatives that create stronger capabilities and higher performance, we have provided a collection of specific in resources, tools and information reports that should be very useful to you. We work with many human resource executives and teams in developing their internal capabilities, as well as being a catalyst for effective decision making by senior executives. We have provided below a number of links to specific elements of our website that should be useful you and your other executives. Whether you are the Head of Human Resources (Chief People Officer) or a functional head in a major HR area within your company (Compensation and/or Benefits, Development and Training, Organizational Effectiveness and Development, Performance Management, Staffing and Recruitment, etc.), these resources should provide guides to improving the capabilities and performance of your organization. - Are the compensation plans integrated for all levels and areas of your organization structured and effective in rewarding achievements and enabling you to attract and retain the talent needed by the organization?
If the answer to any of these questions is “No,” then we may be able to provide the assistance you need to address these issues.
