Wilson Group is a consulting firm located in Concord, MA (25 miles northwest of Boston, MA) that specializes in assisting clients to assess, design and implement integrated total performance systems. We work with our clients to translate their strategy into role definitions, performance measures, policies, programs and practices. Not only do our clients achieve improved results, they develop the capabilities and commitment to sustain critical competitiveness.

The Wilson Group was founded in 1994, and has established a team of individuals, organizational relationships and a reputation that has become international in scope. Since our beginning, we have held to a few key values and principles: We believe in:

We are a small, focused consulting firm dedicated to providing superior service and solutions. We have worked with over 80 companies and we continue to seek new, long-term relationships.
